- Reworked drop rates. The old "15x" is the new 1x. Rare drops around

   Lv35 serves as the baseline, where <35 will see slightly reduced rates,

   and >35 will see increased rates.

   This hopefully smooths out the curve a little bit. Subject to adjustments

   without prior notice. Check the item db for current drop rates.

- Experimentally added Josua's 105 and 125 equipment tier drops to

   Snowl and Yeti respectfully for a low chance. Can change anytime.

- Added an NPC to CTF Waiting Room. Try talking to him!

   He'll be here until 01/16 0:00 UTC-8

- [client] Updated to 0.2c to fix an issue that caused the club right click

   menu to crash.
